Malea Dickerson, Personal Chef

Malea is a classically trained pastry chef and a self-taught natural foods chef. Growing up in California and currently residing in Portland, OR, she has also spent time living in New England and Colorado.

 

Malea is passionate about yoga, travel, and food and her cooking is largely inspired by the diverse places she lived in and traveled to. She is dedicated to crafting meals that are nourishing, healthy, and flavorful while using minimal processed ingredients.

 

Chef Malea loves to embrace local, seasonal ingredients and strives to create dishes that celebrate the natural flavors and vibrant colors of each season. Malea specializes in whole food cooking and baking and would love to create the perfect customized experience for you!

Sam Spear, Portland Area Chef

Sam Spear, Event Chef

Inspired by their macrobiotic upbringing, Chef Sam loves creating balanced meals by utilizing fresh, seasonal foods. They are passionate about fermentation and are always experimenting with a new project.

 

Sam specializes in plant-based and gluten-free cooking and making beautiful custom grazing/charcuterie boards. Their cooking style is veggie-forward and packed with bold flavors, often incorporating their cultured creations.
