Cancellation Policy
Booking a service reserves your selected time slot for in-home meal preparation. A $50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining service fee, along with grocery reimbursement, will be invoiced within 72 hours after your scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance to retain your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance. To inquire about a late booking, please email info@moonflowerkitchen.com. Menu choices are due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled service. You will receive an email reminder. Late submissions may incur a $25 fee. For AM bookings, your chef will arrive between 9:00–10:00 AM. For PM bookings, arrival will be between 1:00–2:00 PM. Your chef will send a text message when they are on their way. Service typically takes 3–5 hours depending on your selected menu. We shop for ingredients at up to two grocery stores to source the best quality and seasonal items. Additional stops may be requested in advance for a fee of $25 per store.
